ENH Star-Shut Coupler
Closes both sides of the line. This coupler features star-type valves in the body and nipple, supported against the seat by an elastic ring. This design allows the fluid flow to instantly stop when disconnected. The closure occurs before the parts separate, ensuring the O-ring remains in contact with the nipple's end. During the reverse coupling operation, the O-ring ensures sealing and prevents leakage before the valves open, eliminating the possibility of fluid loss.
Usage: Due to its dimensions, this coupler is specifically designed for fluid handling, such as oils, fuels, compressed air, non-flammable gases, water, and steam, in large-diameter circuits and pipelines.
