ECH Star-Shut Coupler
Closes both sides of the line. This coupler features star-type valves in the body and nipple, supported against the seat by an elastic ring. The design ensures the fluid flow stops instantly upon disconnection. The closure occurs before the parts separate and the O-ring loses contact with the nipple's end. During the reverse coupling process, the O-ring ensures sealing and prevents leakage before the valves open, eliminating the possibility of fluid loss.

Usage: Due to its dimensions, this coupler is specifically designed for fluid handling, including oils, fuels, compressed air, non-flammable gases, water, and steam in large-diameter circuits and pipelines.
